1969 Vintage Shasta 1400 Camper Trailer
Vintage Camper Trailer For Sale, 1969 Vintage Shasta 1400 Camper Trailer
When you want to bring vintage style into the next camp, it would be the perfect candidate to match your classic setup. It's a 1969 Shasta 1400 Camper Trailer, has some work done inside during current ownership, and the overall appearance of the trailer looks decent for its age, but over half of a century-old trailer has shown signs of wear and work needed. It's a small trailer with a perfect layout inside, lots of storage space, very light no need for a lot of horsepower to pull, and easy to park anywhere. It has a full set of the kitchen but no toilet or shower. The trailer was posted on Craigslist for $7,500 in Grants Pass, Oregon, and is still online when we write here.

Owner Says
Sadly selling my super cute, super rare vintage 1969 Shasta 1400 camper trailer! Moving and downsizing, very sadly can't keep her- she's a gem, and will be a really sweet project for someone new.
We purchased her in 2019 and nick-named her "The Cupcake" because the previous owners gifted us a cute little cupcake shaped dish with the camper. We got a little sentimental.
- Electrical and gas still work; though I personally never used the gas. Interior lights all work great. - Still has the original stove, refrigerator, and propane fixtures as well as original cabinets and cabinet doors; all in great condition. - Stove, refrigerator, propane tanks and exterior accents were all painted teal by the previous owners. (cute!) - I remodeled the inside; new floors, killz'ed and all-white interior paint; painted cabinet fixtures as well. - I reupholstered the dinette seats with a soft yet durable grey fabric and new foam. Purchased new bed foam as well. - I have the title from the last owner signed and ready to transfer! - We re-packed the wheel bearings in 2020 and only took her out on two trips after that; should be great still. - No smoking or animals inside the camper since it's remodel in 2019 !! Very gently used; we used it as a guest quarters a few times and took it on a couple of trips. Also filmed a music video with it. Otherwise it sat. - small custom pin stripes added on front and back! - I'll leave the cute vintage looking lightbulbs in there for ya!
The quirks: - Missing a few exterior light coverings on the front - Some dents and dings for sure; on all sides. Shown in photos. - Break / running lights aren't working, though they did when I purchased it! The electrical hook up for the break lights needs some work... Shown in photo. - Moss growing on window cover on front. - The upper bunk bed was removed during the remodel; it had smelled like urine and was stained, so we took it to the dump. - The metal bar on the bottom of the dinette table could be replaced / repaired; it functions, but it's not great. - One of the side windows has a crack in it - The screen door slider popped out, and I can't get it back in. w - Found some new water damage showing up in the back corner. See photos.
