The Spartan was listed on Craigslist about a few days ago and was online when we posted it here. All look promising in photos without words about major issues. If you're interested, coming closer is a must to avoid miss calculation.

Very unique, it could be the perfect bone to restore, has a lot of potentials to transform into a great comfortable tiny house.

The Airfloat was listed 29 days ago on Craigslist and was still online when we posted it here, all looks solid overall. If you're interested, a closer inspection is a must.

Built-in 1952, it's an Airfloat Land Yacht that retains its original trim, old amenities still on it, in decent condition for its age, without rot or major issues mentioned, and looking for a new owner. The Airfloat is a big name in its period, the Land Yacht model is believed to have been in production since the early 40s and ended in the late 50s, and this is one of the custom options with longer of about 30 feet.
